Eleni Kondos studied Fashion Retail/Dress Design at the Bankstown Technical College and famed college East Sydney TAFE in the eighties. She went on to explore various facets of the design and tailoring industry. Not content working in one strict medium, she tried her hands at working and tailoring for Channel Seven's wardrobe department in 1985. Amongst other productions, her credits include the telemovie: Spearfield's Daughter.
 
After her training in television, she went on to harness her designing skills and founded her own label Mileni in the 1990's. Her Intricate lace work and couture gown found fame in Australian Vogue in 1995. It was featured in the magazine's editorial on couture gowns entitled Puppy Love, a homage to the styles of Cruella De Vile from the movie 101 Dalmatians.
 
Between 1996 and 2003 she worked in the field of made to measure; tailoring for private events and exclusive clients specialising in evening wear. A master of her field, she went on to further her education and completed a Garment Cutting Certificate at the Sydney Institute of Technology (S.I.T.) in 2003. In 2004 she undertook yet another Diploma in Costume (theatre and film) at S.I.T. where she met Roderick Ng and formed their label Master/slave.

After completing his Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Arts and Human Resources Management at UNSW (Australia), Malaysia-born Roderick Ng went on to work as a makeup artist and stylist in Sydney. Ng has worked in theatre, fashion photography and films in Sydney. At the age of twenty-one he went to New York City to secure further intensive training in makeup artistry and styling.

 

An assistant to Gray (Makeup) at I-Group NY, Danilo (Hair) at Wallgroup NYC and styling assistant to Marina Codecasa (D-Milano). He returned to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to work as a makeup artist and stylist for various fashion and entertainment publications doing fashion editorials and magazine covers.

 

Beside assignments with celebrities and politicians, Roderick worked extensively with exclusive boutiques and advertising agencies creating advertisements and marketing campaigns throughout Asia. His love for live theatre has also brought him various projects in the theatre industry in Singapore.

 

After his three-year stint in Kuala Lumpur, he returned to Sydney, Australia to further his education in design in 2003. After completing his certificate in pattern making, he went on to study Costume for Theatre, Film and Millinery at S.I.T.

 

He now produces, styles and designs for fashion editorials, commercials and films alongside his full time directing role at Australian couture fashion house: Master/slave.
