Please read below for our Returns Policy, Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy 

Returns Policy: 

Should you not be happy with your purchase you may return it within 2-3 days from date of delivery and exchange for another item or for a store credit under the following terms and conditions. Please Note: All sales are final however, we do offer refunds back to your credit card only once we have received the item(s) back in the same condition as provided. Returned item(s) will only be accepted if the item(s) are unused and are returned in their original packaging. We and the manufacturers distributor reserves the right to refuse any returned item(s) if in our opinion the goods have been mis-treated, abused, used, dry cleaned, washed or soiled in any way. ALL returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original tax invoice for them to be considered for exchange or store credit. Please ensure you return item(s) via Express Post, Air Postage or Registered Post and they are packed to ensure protection from transit damage. We will not be held responsible for any item(s) that are lost or damaged in transit. * All shipping and postage costs incurred with the sending or the returning of item(s) is strictly non-refundable. All item(s) returned are subject to the returns and exchange terms and conditions above. Any item(s) you wish to return because you are not satisfied with the item(s) must be returned within 2-3 days. The item(s) must be returned as supplied. Any item(s) deemed to not meet the standards of our Returns Policy will not be refunded. 

If you return any items and they are not recieved by Master/slave within 2-3 Days, or it has been lost during the delivery return process, Master/slave is not responsible for this and will not provide a refund or store credit. 

As it is with any under garment purchase, under Australian health & hygeine laws once the garment has been worn it cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene. All Master/slave orders are delivered sealed to ensure the product arrives as supplied. This seal is the customers indication that the product has been checked for quality control. Once the seal is opened the responsibility for the product lies with the customer. 

Online Ordering: 

Secured Payments. Master/slave is a secure website offering a simple approach to online shopping. Once you have entered all of the required details Pay Pal will perform the necessary verification processes. 

Fraud: 

Will not be tolerated! Credit Card Fraud is Unnacceptable! Master/slave in conjunction with PayPal will actively and aggressively fight all forms of credit card fraud. Credit card orders are verified before orders are accepted. In the event of fraudulent behavior Master/Slave will actively pursue the case further. 

Shipping Practices & Delivery: 

All deliveries are made to the address details provided on the credit card supplied by the customer. We do not accept P.O. Box addresses as a valid delivery address, and reserve the right to refuse delivery or purchases to any Master/slave customer considered to not meet the standard requirements. Deliveries are made via couriers and postal services depending on the customers location. 

Customer Service Policy: 

2 Days Notice for Items Unavailable. Master/slave will notify customers within 2 working days if the item they have ordered is no longer available. 

Privacy Policy:

Master/slave is a trademark identity and any use or reproduction of the brand or website contents contained within will be considered a breach of copyright. We believe the Master/slave brand to be of high value and will not accept any breaches toward the intellectual property of the contents, or any designs contained within this website.
