WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM YOU AND HOW?

Master/slave collects personal information in several ways when you place an order, buy a gift voucher for a friend or register for a service offered by Master/slave. By registering, you are consenting to the collection of your personal data. If an order is placed with us, we need to hold personal information including your name, email address, phone numbers, home address, shipping and credit/debit card billing address(es) so that we can process and full fill your order.

Saved card details will never be shared with third parties and will only be used to process your order, using our payment partner's systems. Additionally we may also obtain information as a result of authentication or identity checks. Sometimes we may ask for your telephone number. This number may be given to our courier for delivery services. These details allow us to process your order and to let you know the status of your order.

Users of Master/slave TV will only have their name and email address processed in order to provide the service and respond to any complaints or otherwise where required by law on in connection with any legal proceedings or dispute.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Master/slave will never knowingly request or collect personal information from any person under 13 years of age without prior verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that an individual is under the age of 13 and has submitted any information to Master/slave for any purpose without prior verifiable parental consent, we will promptly delete and remove his or her information from our sites files.

To update your Wish List privacy settings, you may select "Private" (not searchable) to protect your Wish List information from being publicly searched on our site or you may select "Public" (searchable). To protect your privacy, we initially set your Wish List account to a "Private" setting.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Master/slave may use your personal information for the processing of orders, payments and to provide you with a personalized shopping experience. We will also use your details to full fill and deliver your orders and manage your account. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. Your personal information may also be shared with other trading divisions within Master/slave companies and future group of companies. Where there is a legal obligation to do so, we may disclose your information to any relevant regulatory body.

We may also use your personal information to send you marketing updates but only ever in accordance with your preferences (as detailed in the next section). We do not sell your details to third party marketing companies.

We do collate information about site traffic, sales, wish lists, and other commercial information which we may pass on to third parties but this information does not include any information which can identify you personally.

Finally, we may use your personal information for our internal marketing and demographic studies, together with non-personal data to monitor customer patterns so we can consistently improve our site design to better meet our visitors' needs.

Identifiable personal information is collected when users voluntarily register with the Site or contact Master/slave & WBM via the Site in order to receive newsletters, new product launch information, special events information or to answer surveys, enter contest and receive notices of other promotional opportunities. DIARY
One of our most valuable tools we have for building and maintaining our relationship with you is our Diary. It allows us to better serve you in a number of ways, including keeping you informed on when your alterations, repairs, or your favorite brands or product will arrive, and notifying you about sales, special appearances and store events or promotions of interest to you.

To best serve you, we record and access information in our Diary, including your name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, interests, privacy preferences and purchase history. All Master/slave representatives are expected to use Our Diary in an ethical and appropriate manner. This includes only entering accurate customer information, voluntarily given by you to the representatives, for the specific purpose of entering it into Diary or any other Master/slave & WBM-approved data device.

Our Diary allows our Representatives to follow through on our commitment to serving you in a professional manner, and we are dedicated to ensuring that the information you provide is protected and secure. Our Diary is the property of Master/slave & WBM and may be used for Master/slave & WBM-related purposes only

UNSOLICITED MATERIALS

Through the Site, Master/slave & WBM requests that you provide certain types of information so that Master/slave & WBM may better serve you. The requested information may include questions and comments about Master/slave & WBM products, services or events. Please do not provide Master/slave & WBM with materials, including but not limited to business, advertising, creative, marketing or any other types of proposals, concepts, know-how, ideas and the like (“Unsolicited Materials”). MARKETING OPT-IN AND OPT-OUT PROVISION

When you register, you will be given the option to opt-out of subscribing to our regular update service which will send you:

HOW YOU CAN ACCESS AND IF NECESSARY, CHANGE THE PERSONAL INFORMATION MASTER/SLAVE MAINTAINS

If for any reason you are concerned that the personal information held by Master/slave & WBM is not correct, please visit the website and, after logging into the site using the "Log In" menu on the home page, your personal information will be made available for review and change in the "My Account" section. Only you or, upon your request, the Customer Care department, may access your personal data from the website using your password and User ID. Information may be changed online within My Details, Shipping Details, and My Email Preferences. You can change or delete saved credit/debit card details each time you make a purchase. You will also be able to delete saved credit/debit card details by adding or editing a shipping/billing address. If you change your billing or shipping address while your order is still being processed, the order will be re-processed through security validation checks. Protecting your information is of primary concern to Master/slave & WBM. We store the information that we collect on a secure server. Notwithstanding the foregoing, no transmission of information over the Internet is guaranteed to be completely secure. It is possible that third parties not under the control Master/slave & WBM may be able to access or intercept transmissions unlawfully. While WBM will use all reasonable attempts to keep your information secure, we cannot absolutely guarantee that security. Thus, any information that you transmit to us is at your own risk.

FRAUD ALERTS: PROTECTING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
You may come in contact with websites, e-mails or texts that try to lure you into providing personal information with the offer of a Master/slave gift card. Master/slave does not sponsor these offers nor are we affiliated with the promotion originators. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER PRIVACY
Protecting the privacy and security of Master/slave & WBM customer information is a top priority for Master/slave Pty Ltd. In some cases, we may have partners with outside vendors to help facilitate transactions. When that is the case, we work closely with the vendor to ensure that the transaction is appropriately handled and all the information you provide is treated with the utmost care.

To sell and fulfill online purchases that customers choose to ship internationally, Master/slave partners with Australian Post. We choose to use Australia as the company assures us that they will carefully process your personal information, with at least the same level of privacy protection set forth in the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles as established by the U.S. Department of Commerce and approved by the European Commission. Australia Post also agrees not to sell, transfer, or otherwise use your information other than for executing international shipping orders. When you identify your Master/slave order as being shipped internationally, Master/slave will facilitate your secure Checkout transaction. On the Checkout page you will be required to submit credit card and personal information (name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address and phone number) to Master/slave Pty ltd to complete your order. Once you place your order, you will be prompted to confirm whether you would like to receive future marketing communication from Master/slave Pty Ltd/ WBM.

Upon completion of your order, Master/slave will then ship approved orders to you via Australia Post services. We take every step carefully to ensure you receive your goods. We take no responsibilities for parcel lost on transit via Australia post. So please buy at your own risk. To minimise this risk, we attempt to offer every master/slave customer the option for registered post parcels. This we have found to be most adequate for parcel safety and tracking. You will be presented with a parcel tracking code when you choose to purchase the registered post parcel option. We encourage you to do so.

FURTHER SECURITY
We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of personally identifiable information transmitted to us using this website. To guard your information, our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). SSL encrypts your credit card number, name and address so only Master/slave Pty Ltd is able to decode your information. Please note that e-mail is not encrypted and is not considered to be a secure means of transmitting credit card information.
